Wukong is a mythical figure endowed with extraordinary Taoist powers. Living in an enchanted kingdom with his companions, he finds himself confronted with the political authority of the Jade Emperor. The story moves between the forest, the underworld, and the celestial palace, while time leaps forward by five centuries.

The space is built around a single architectural framework capable of continuous transformation. A sloping platform organizes the stage into multiple levels, allowing the same space to shift between different dimensions through light, scenery, and movement. Oversized trees, twisting branches, caves, and vivid colours create a stage world where nature appears untamed and constantly expanding. As the narrative progresses, this living environment gradually gives way to spaces shaped by order, hierarchy, and power.
